In Between The Sheets

Whilst renovating our house, we had grand notions of hosting 'At Home' parties on Crouch Hill every Saturday afternoon. Turns out, in the last two years, we have had one. There have been plenty of other parties - Christmas, Valentines, After Parties, Summer and Why The Hell Nots, all have had a cocktail as a kick starter. At the inaugural (and thus far only) At Home, we all slipped In Between The Sheets, as it were. A cocktail classic that really gets one lose... After round two, the volume notably lifted and I heard comments about things I never thought I would, from those I would never have expected to. All jolly good fun!

Ingredients. Makes one, so double, quadruple up!

1 1/2 Shots Cognac

1/2 Shot Benedictine

1/2 Shot Cointreau

3/4 Shot Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

As will all these things, its so simple, just shake everything in your favourite cocktail shaker with plenty, and I mean plenty, of ice.

Serve and enjoy, lean back and go with the flow!
