The Sidecar

Who doesn't love a classic? I read somewhere that a classic cocktail should only have three ingredients - I have no idea if this is true but it makes cocktail hour a little easier. Even more so if said hour is before dinner on a Friday night. This classic is made from Cognac, Cointreau and Lemon juice, and couldn't be easier. Or deadlier. Just the way I like them...

Ingredients. For one. But keep it social...

2 Parts Cognac

3/4 Parts Cointreau

3/4 Parts Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

1. Couldn't be easier. Put all the ingredients on the shaker with plenty of ice

2. Shake it like a, well you know how the song goes

3. Pour into a fancy glass and enjoy...
